Borrowing Facility

• Books will be issued only on production of valid user ID card.
• Books borrowed must be returned on or before the due date.
• Normally one renewal is permitted to the students and two renewals allowed to the staff.
• Books will have to be physically presented for renewals.
• Books will be renewed if there are not reservations.
• Users are requested to verify the physical condition of the books before borrowing.
• Users should sign in the overdue register against their entry whenever they are remitting the overdue charges.
• Users should deposit their bags/belongings (Other than valuables) in the personal belongings counter located at the entrance.
• Misuse of library facilities is an offence and calls for punishment as decided by the competent authority.
• Users are required to keep the library and the campus neat and tidy.

Loss of Library Tickets

• Loss of library tickets should be informed to the librarian, in writing immediately.
• Duplicate tickets will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- for every lost ticket, after one month.
• The payment is to be made in the account section of the college after obtaining the challan from the library.

Loss of Library Books

     The borrowers are responsible for the books borrowed on the library tickets. Loss of books should be brought to notice of the librarian immediately. However, the borrower must replace the lost books with the latest edition along with the overdue charges and service charges, if any, within 30 days.

     If in case the book lost is out of print, twice the cost of the books at the time of purchase in the library along with overdue charges, if any, will be collected.
